Under the cover of darkness on August 11, 2009, Filomena Garay-Chavez was shot and left for dead outside her home in rural Immokalee, Florida. Fifteen years have passed, yet no arrests have been made in connection with the incident. Andrea Jones with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office breaks down the crime, speaking with individuals close to the investigation in hopes of encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
