The Collier County Sheriff’s Office Civil Division is charged with the statutory responsibility of serving judicial process and enforcing judgment orders that originate from the Supreme Court, Circuit Courts, County Courts and Board of County Commissioners.

The Civil Division is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday with the exception of recognized holidays and is located at 2373 E. Horseshoe Drive, Naples, FL 34104.

Fees For Service

Fees for Service:

The fees for service of process are fixed by Florida Statute 30.231 and are non-refundable. We accept cash (in person/exact amount), money order, cashier's checks and checks, payable to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office or CCSO. Process that is not properly issued or has insufficient fees will be returned to sender.

Levies

A Writ of Execution is a document that is issued as a result of a civil lawsuit in which a judgment was rendered. The writ commands the Sheriff to “levy on the goods and chattels of the defendant”. The following documents, plus deposits, are required before the Civil Process Bureau can proceed with a sheriff’s levy:

Writ of Execution - Original, certified or electronic copy required. Must be signed and sealed by the Clerk of Court.

SHERIFF'S SALES

All Sheriff’s Sales are held at the location advertised.
All property sold is subject to all prior liens.
Property is sold to the highest and best bidder, for cash or cashier’s check.
Cashier’s Checks are made payable to Collier County Sheriff’s Office.

Complaint For Removal Of Persons Who Unlawfully Occupy Residential Real Property

The homeowner/agent must provide a copy of a valid government issued ID. If they are an authorized agent, they must provide written documentation evidencing their authority to act on behalf of the property owner.
