Chief Stephanie Spell heads the Community Engagement Department within the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.

The Community Engagement Department’s function is to collaborate with businesses, organizations, homeowner associations and individuals to build strong partnerships and enhance public safety. Strong and sustained partnerships between law enforcement and the community enrich the quality of life for everyone in Collier County.
