Q. How can I bond someone out of jail?

A. There are three types of ways to post bonds you can pay with:

1. Cash, for the entire amount of bond required

2. A cashier’s check, for the entire amount of bond required

3. Or pay by Surety Bond, through a bonding company

Q. How is inmate housing decided?

A. Some inmates that are arrested in Naples are housed in the Immokalee Jail Center and some from Immokalee are brought to Naples. 

Housing is not based upon the proximity to the inmate’s home but rather on the premise of assigning inmates to the facility that will best fit their needs.

Inmates who do not bond out are assigned housing based upon the least restrictive and safest units possible based upon the level of security required.

Q. What is Pretrial Supervision?

A. Pretrial Supervision is a program that allows those who qualify and are ordered by the judiciary to be released from custody as a condition of bond or without paying a monetary bail. Participants must comply with all court-ordered conditions of release imposed on them at first appearance.
