Sheriff's Advisory Panel

The Sheriff’s Advisory Panel is made up of seven (7) citizens and five (3) CCSO agency members. The panel helps to promote and improve communication between the CCSO and the community.

The Panel reviews topics brought to the panel at the request of the Sheriff.  Topics may include policy and procedure, current events and best practices in law enforcement, closed internal affairs investigations that involve allegations of unreasonable force, and other subject matter designated by the Sheriff.  The Panel will provide comments to the Sheriff on these topics for his consideration.

The meetings are not open for public comment or participation, however they are open for public observation.
